Please note that we offer a 40 day returns period. If more than 40 days have passed since your order, we cannot offer you an exchange.

We guarantee the quality of our goods, products with a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no extra cost. Our products go through a stringent quality control however in the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect such as rips, tears, holes and faded printing, we can offer you a replacement product.
We will request evidence of the damage and cannot accept responsibility for products damaged during shipping.
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages. Note that our size charts represent the measurements of the clothing, not body measurements.
We only accept exchanges for sizing issues (no refunds). You will need to cover the cost of returning the package to our supplier.
In order for a exchange to be processed, you must provide the following information with the returned package:
- Reason the product didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow etc)
- The new size requested
- The unique supplier order number (note this is different to your order number from us, we will provide you with this number to include in the package after you contact us to request the exchange).
Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer input error and unfortunately no exchange will be possible.
Our products are handmade specifically for you after your order has been placed, therefore clothing cannot be returned due to other reasons such as changing your mind after your order has arrived.
We have gone to great lengths to display our products accurately helping you make an informed choice. However, if you have genuine concern such as believing a product has been misrepresented please contact us and we will review on a case by case basis.
